It worked with my setup just fine. Compatibility was sorta exactly what I needed, so no complaints from me.

So the shipping was kind of slow, not terrible or anything, just later than I expected and I kept checking the tracking like okay... where is it now? But it did show up in the end and everything was fine, so I’d say reliable enough, just maybe don’t expect it super fast.

The product itself was actually good, which made the slow support even more annoying. I had to follow up twice before getting a reply, and it took days each time. I guess it’s nice that they eventually got back to me, but the whole experience definitely tested my patience.

I tried using Kondor Blue, the whole site felt clunky from the start. The layout is crowded, and on my phone some pages were hard to read, which made browsing feel more like a chore than anything else.
The filters and menus were especially frustrating, and I kept having to click around just to find basic information. Maybe the products are good, but the website experience got annoying enough that I gave up, and this is the kind of issue that really should be escalated and fixed

The items do look nice, but for the price I paid, I expected a bit better. Shipping was fine, so it’s not even about that, it just didn’t feel like the overall value was really there for me.

I picked up a cage and a couple of small parts from Kondor Blue, and yeah, i was a bit disappointed. From the photos, everything looked really nice, but in hand it just didn’t feel as solid as I expected. Some of the edges were a little rough, one of the screw holes didn’t line up quite right, and after light use the coating was already starting to show marks. It works, I guess, but it feels cheaper than I thought it would.

I’ve been using a Kondor Blue cage and a few other pieces from them for about a year now, and it’s been reliable. I even found the original receipt email the other day and realized it’s been through more shoots than I remembered.
It’s been tossed in bags, used outside in rough weather, and generally not babied, but most of it still feels solid. The threads are still good, nothing has bent weirdly, and the finish just has the usual scratches you’d expect.

One small screw did come loose once, but it was an easy fix and not a big deal. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price and how long it’s lasted, I’m happy with it

The return process was super easy, and the warranty support team fixed my issue really fast. It was a smooth experience overall
